Richard Sutton is a 24 year veteran of the lending industry. As Senior Vice President and Director of Affinity Bank’s Healthcare Finance Division, Richard is responsible for providing secured and monitored lines of credit to the healthcare industry.

During his career, Richard worked as senior vice president of a major financial institution where he increased the market presence of the asset based lending division among investment bankers, loan brokers and commercial lenders. By providing prompt and accurate lending decisions, he was successful in developing new relationships and increasing loan volume. While managing numerous lending teams that specialized in asset based lending, Richard also developed and implemented business strategies to generate corporate loans.    

Richard holds a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association.

As the leader of Affinity Bank’s Healthcare Finance Division, Richard will apply his experience and skills to establish innovative and effective solutions for multifaceted financial transactions.

Traci Crabtree is the Senior Credit Officer of Affinity Bank’s Healthcare Financial Solutions Division. She is responsible for all of the Division’s credit activity including underwriting and portfolio management.

Traci has been actively involved in asset-based lending since 1996. Prior to joining Affinity Bank, she was responsible for managing a national healthcare audit team where her dedication and hard work earned her a “Manager of the Year” award. In addition, she has underwritten and structured asset-based loans including lines of credit, secured and unsecured term loans, acquisition financing, bridge and real estate loans.

Traci holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

With her extensive experience, Traci will establish innovative and effective solutions for multifaceted financial transactions.

Rebecca is the Regional Marketing Manager for Affinity Bank, Healthcare Financial Solutions Division. She is responsible for a team of business development managers who provide cash management solutions to clients nationwide.

Rebecca brings 21 years of operational and sales experience in commercial equipment finance, private placement bond financing and accounts receivable financing. She spent a large portion of her career with a major financial institution and for the last 11 years have specializing in healthcare origination, marketing and management.

Rebecca’s thorough understanding of the sales process and unwavering dedication to providing solutions to clients’ needs ensures Affinity Bank’s Healthcare Finance clients will receive the very best financial options available.

Michelle Osinga is the Audit Manager for Affinity Bank’s Healthcare Financial Solutions Division. In this role she manages the division’s audit policies and procedures to determine collateral value and measures client operating, liquidity and documentation strengths.

Michelle has enjoyed a successful career in asset-based lending, bank operations and auditing since 1991. Her background includes senior management positions which involved credit analysis and structuring of large complex transactions.

Throughout her career, Michelle has been responsible for maintaining numerous asset-based lending accounts in addition to managing banking relationships that involved analysis of accounts receivable, general ledger and financial status. She is also well versed in the preparation of audit reports for loan review and has been actively involved with the creation of field audit training materials.

Michelle’s results driven approach ensures finding our clients the best solution for their financial needs, regardless of the complexity of the transaction.
