Claude Harris has been in real estate sales and lending since 1989. His background in multifamily and commercial real estate includes commercial banking positions in loan origination, loans to facilitate REO sales, loan pool acquisitions, underwriting, credit analysis, and development of state-of-the-art commercial portfolio management systems.

As a broker, he started and ran one of the largest single family real estate lending corporations in the San Fernando Valley from 1992 to 1994. Claude has also created successful multi-family syndications in California, as well as Texas.

Claude will use his experience and knowledge in multi-family and commercial property loan origination, processing and follow-up to get results, making each client relationship successful.

John White has been in the income property lending industry for more than 30 years. His experience includes serving as a principal in a mortgage brokerage business – focusing on apartment and commercial loans, District Loan Manager for a California bank specializing in commercial real estate lending and Commercial Loan Manager for a major California savings & loan – originating in excess of $350 million per year.

John's lending expertise has helped him become the top loan producer at Affinity Bank. A Northern California native, John is an active member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and the California Association of Mortgage Bankers.

With a background that includes involvement in virtually every aspect of income property lending – from origination to administration to secondary marketing – he understands the intricacies of apartment and commercial real estate financing, as well as the importance of follow-through on every deal, from the initial loan quote to funding.
