Frank J. Dick Joins Affinity Bank as Secondary Marketing Manager

Ventura, California - Frank J. Dick, former Director of Capital Markets for another southern California bank, recently joined the Ventura headquarters of Affinity Bank as the new Secondary Marketing Manager.

Dick, who is new to the Ventura community, brings with him five years of experience as the Director of Capital Markets, plus an additional 17 years of experience as an Appraisal Manager and Secondary Marketing Manager for a central California thrift.

"I feel good about this move to Affinity Bank. The Bank is growing and I have a wonderful opportunity to participate in that growth," said Dick. With assets of more than $360 million, Affinity Bank has been expanding its operations. The Bank currently has three branches and loan production offices in Ventura, San Francisco, and Irvine, California plus additional loan offices in Denver, Colorado, and Portland, Oregon. They specialize in commercial mortgages serving the apartment, retail, office building, light industrial, warehouse, and construction loan markets. They also provide a variety of CD, Money Market and other deposit products.

Active in community events and several non-profit organizations, Dick is the past president of the Institute of Financial Education’s San Joaquin chapter, a member of secondary marketing committees, an instructor for college level banking courses, and a popular lecturer at trade organizations. He is married, and enjoys travel, music, racquetball, skiing and his pet dogs.
