Affinity Bank Appoints Director of Marketing

Ventura, CA - Affinity Bank president and CEO Michael R. McGuire announced the hiring of David L. Stepp as the bank's Director of Marketing. In this new position Mr. Stepp will support Affinity Bank's growth initiatives for its deposit, online banking and real estate lending programs according to Mr. McGuire.

Said Mr. McGuire, "Creating this position and bringing David on board is another important step in the continued growth of Affinity Bank. He will be working closely with our various business units to develop highly competitive products and services for consumers in the markets that we serve."

Mr. Stepp is a veteran marketing executive in the financial services field and has held senior marketing positions with Great Western Bank, Union Bank of California as well as a national mortgage lending company. Most recently he was the owner of a marketing consulting firm serving the needs of financial services and software companies in the Los Angeles area.
