Affinity Bank Appoints Director of Human Resources

Ventura, CA - Affinity Bank president and CEO Michael R. McGuire announced the hiring of Steve Butler as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. In this position Mr. Butler will direct Affinity Bank's HR activities, including recruitment, as the bank positions itself for continued growth in its real estate lending and branch banking operations.

Mr. Butler is a veteran human resources executive with more than twenty five years of experience. Most recently he was Director of Staffing for Kinko's Corporation in Ventura and also served in various HR capacities at Wal-Mart Stores and Sam's Club. He resides in Newbury Park with his wife Care, and two sons, Taylor and Camden.
