Affinity Bank Appoints Susan Ivers Director of Risk Management

Ventura, CA - Affinity Bank president and CEO Michael R. McGuire announced the promotion of West Ventura resident, Susan Ivers to Senior Vice President, Director of Risk Management. Ms. Ivers has been administering the bank's policy, procedures and regulatory compliance matters for Affinity Bank since she joined the company in June 2001.

"This well-deserved promotion is the result of Susan's hard work and dedication since the day she joined the bank," said Mr. McGuire. "As we've grown, we've asked Susan to wear a lot of different hats, and she has always done a great job. Her new title is in recognition of that fact.

Ms. Ivers also holds a key position on Affinity Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Committee which was established to help the bank meet its goals of serving the affordable housing and other credit needs of the community. Prior to joining Affinity Bank, Ms. Ivers served as Vice President, Compliance Manager of Montecito Bank & Trust in Santa Barbara, California.
