Affinity Bank Announces Morty Rosenthal as the 2004 Top Producer

Ventura, CA – Affinity Bank announced today that Regional Loan Manager Morty Rosenthal received the title of "2004 Top Producer" for Affinity Bank's Income Property Real Estate Lending Division. Serving customers in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, Rosenthal closed over $115 million in loans during 2004.

Dave Mahan, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for the Income Property Lending Division said, "We are extremely pleased with Morty. Mr. Rosenthal has been involved with sales and marketing for over twenty five years and has held senior loan officer positions in both commercial and residential real estate lending. He recently moved to Moorpark with his wife, Sandy; they have two adult children and seven grandchildren.
