John Doyle Joins Affinity Bank as SVP, Retail Banking
Ventura, CA – Affinity Bank senior vice president Annette Borysiewicz announced the hiring of E. John Doyle as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. In this newly created position Mr. Doyle will direct Affinity Bank’s call center and its 6 retail deposit branches. He will also be charged with introducing several new products into the company’s retail banking division including small business banking, consumer lending and residential mortgage loan business development.

Mr. Doyle has more than 30 years of banking experience in both the deposit and loan areas. Prior to joining Affinity Bank he held executive-level positions with IndyMac Bank and United California Bank where he was responsible for the southern California branch system.
A graduate of Marquette University with an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA, Mr. Doyle is an active member in the community serving as a member of the Advisory Board for Drug and Alcohol Problems, County of Santa Barbara, as a board member and former President of Friendly Hand Foundation and on the Advisory Board for the Western Los Angeles County Council, Boy Scouts of America. The former Pacific Palisades resident and his wife Eileen have two grown children, John and Kara.
