Affinity Bank Expands Construction Lending Team

Ventura, CA – Affinity Bank senior vice president Thomas G. Hallock announced the hiring of Michael Burke as Regional Construction Account Manager and Victoria Gutierrez as Construction Loan Analyst. Situated in the bank’s Northern California loan office, Mr. Burke and Ms. Gutierrez will be responsible for working closely with the bank’s construction clients to ensure their projects are structured soundly and managed appropriately.

They understand the intricacies of structuring construction loans appropriately and have the experience and the commitment to see projects through - from start to finish.”

Mr. Burke is a third generation San Franciscan who “grew up” in the San Francisco construction banking market. For over 30 years he has worked with developers on a variety of different projects in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Affinity Bank, he originated and managed commercial real estate loans including construction and mini-perm financing of industrial, single family homes and subdivisions, assisted living facilities and mixed use properties.

Ms. Gutierrez has over six years of banking experience, focused on the financing of commercial and consumer real estate as well as construction transactions. She has experience in virtually every phase of the real estate lending process and has worked with a broad range of clients from developers to brokers and principals.
