Cheryl Lindhorn Returns to Affinity Bank

Ventura, CA - Affinity Bank senior vice president of the Incoming Property Lending Division James Barnett announced the hiring of Cheryl Lindhorn as Regional Loan Manager for Affinity Bank's Colorado commercial loan office. In this position, Cheryl will be working directly with the bank's clients to secure flexible financial options for the purchase, refinance and construction of income properties.

Cheryl was first with Affinity Bank from 2000 to 2004 and was responsible for marketing, pre-processing and originating loans. She has also served as a consultant for brokers and borrowers to locate and secure creative loan products for purchases, refinances, condo-conversions, construction-to-perms and equipment loans and leases. She resides in Littleton with her two sons, Jonathon and Jamyson.
