Nathan Duda Joins Affinity Bank as SVP, Controller

Ventura, CA – Affinity Bank chief financial officer and chief operating officer Gerald Rich announced the hiring of Nathan Duda as Senior Vice President, Controller in the Ventura headquarters of Affinity Bank. In this position, Mr. Duda will be responsible for managing the bank’s accounting department and assisting the bank in complying with applicable laws and regulations.

“We are extremely pleased that Nathan has joined our team,” said Mr. Rich, “Nathan’s extensive experience, specifically with financial institutions, will ensure proper management of the bank’s financial analysis, planning and budgeting in addition to managing the bank’s capital positions to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.”

Prior to joining Affinity Bank, Mr. Duda worked for KPMG, LLP. - a major international accounting and consulting firm where he worked exclusively with financial institutions - ranging in size from multi-billion dollar public banks to community banks.
